1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

Xopoon Voyage provides travel-related services, including:

• Flight, hotel, and tour package bookings.
• Customized travel itineraries.
• Travel consultation and assistance.

3. Booking and Payment

Please read our payment policies carefully to ensure a smooth transaction process.

• Booking & Payment Methods
   We accept payments via net banking/ UPI.
• Cash payments are accepted at our office locations.

Payment Schedule

•  For Tour Packages:
  Initial Booking Amount: 50% of the total package cost at the time of confirming trip
  Final Payment: 100% of the total cost, payable at least 15 days before departure
•  For Flight & Train Tickets:
  Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• For Hotel Bookings:
  Advance payment may be required as per hotel policies.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Tour Packages:
  100% refund if cancelled before 30 days prior to departure
  70% refund if cancelled more than 15 days prior to departure
  No refund if cancelled less than 15 days prior to departure
  Any changes in guest’s name would be treated as cancellation
  Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
  Hotel cancellation will be as per hotel policy irrespective of cancellation date
•  Flight & Train Tickets:
  Subject to airline or railway cancellation policies.
• Hotel Bookings:
  Refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
•  Processing Time for Refunds:
  Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

5. Changes & Rescheduling

• Changes to booking dates may be allowed, subject to availability and additional charges.
• Rescheduling of flights and train tickets will depend on airline/railway policies.
• Tour package modifications may incur extra costs based on revised travel dates. 

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and payment details.
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations while traveling.
• Not use our website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Xopoon Voyage acts as an intermediary between customers and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not responsible for any service failures, delays, or issues caused by third parties.
• We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
• Users are responsible for ensuring they meet visa, passport, and other travel requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

• All website content, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Xopoon Voyage and cannot be copied or used without permission.
• Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy (link to Privacy Policy page).

10. Governing Law & Disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Guwahati, Assam.

11. General Terms

•  All payments must be completed within the specified deadlines to avoid booking cancellation.
• Any additional charges due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government taxes will be borne by the customer.
• Xopoon Voyages is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, or airline strikes).
